I have thought a lot about this actually. I see women all the time (and some men) who are walking or jogging, with earphones on and their ipod going. They can't hear anything but their music. Someone could come up behind them and...

n8despain not only can it be dangerous, but when you run, naturally, you turn the music pretty high. it may not seem like it but it will make you go deaf by the time your 20 if you do it as a teenager
