Naimah923 How true...you do have to change you first. While you are changing and evolving you are reflecting your change in the world and that is what I mean. All one can be is the best that they can be. You cannot be the best him or her, nor should I expect anyone...

which do you need for sleep? Complete quiet or

some background noise? My nephews need a radio playing in the background or cd. Something musical. My daughter appears to be the same way. My hubby will even get her story cds to listen to at bedtime. A little background noise...

Naimah923 Have you tried setting the T.V. sleep timer around bedtime. That way you can watch the tube and it will cut itself off. Check your remote you may have it.
