hi guys, any suggestion for home remedies which is best in removing sticky phlegm in throat? I tried lemon juice and oregano leaves extract but still the phlegm gives me itchy feeling in my throat and my cough continue.

LowRiderX Roast the sugar until it becomes yellow-brown (about 3 big spoons) continuously mix and when become a brown,add milk to it (one cup of milk) cook until the sugar melts and drink that till is hot. You will be like new That'll help trust me!
