music for sleep

i use reggae music when im in bed.it helps me fall asleep... mostly bob's songs coz his composition are totaly awsome... never heard of new regae bands that are great.how about yoou?any suggestions of a cool raggae bands?

angelamp ummm reggae doesn't put me to sleep unless we're talking about "mellow" reggae songs by bob...like Turn Your Lights Down Low... umm try listening to 311,seeed, big mountain, inner circle ad alpha blondy
