who is a criminal ?

what prompts a person to commit a crime? it is his need to have fun? a reaction to the societys excesses? or something else? or a decision on the spur of the moment ....

nawani_rashmi hi juhi, yes i agree becoz the society provoked the person to do the crime.....in my opinion only our society can change the preception of the person becoz everybody have quality to do something but they dont have facility to grab the oppotunity please give...
