How will you know if it's a real compliment or not?

When somebody says, "You look good today" or just a simple "Good morning sir...", how can you tell if they really mean it? That's from a boss's perspective...

If you can invent something, what would it be?

Well, I want to invent lots of things which will make ones life very easy. A machine that you wear in your head and then in a few seconds your hair is dry and sleek, same with a machine that in seconds you have your nails done...

nbcastillo that's 10.1% for direct referral 3.2% for 2nd level 1.55 for 3rd level I just got paid yesterday. though, no job is available for two days now.but on a good day, i can hit $10 in 2-3Hrs time. still i recommend this site.
