how can i open my third eye!

growing up i have this interest that is definitely weird which is wishing to have an ability to see ghost or to have a third eye to be exact. but i dont know how to do it, my classmates keeps on telling stories about there...

i really want to quit smoking but i cant, and i dont know how:(

its been 5 years since id started smoking and now im afraid to have its negative side effects, so im thinking to quit but i cant because smoking is now part of my daily habit and daily routine, i dont even know how to start...

bad dreams every night

as a student i always sleep late because of so many things need to accomplish for tomorrow i can even say that im suffering from insomnia because of those, so after my school works im reading some books until i fall asleep but...
