Well, I am on buying a New mobile phone. I want to have a camera of min 1.3MP and basic function that a usual mobile has. Which mobile will be best for me under $200.

Look at ebay - there are some good cheap phones there. The most reliable are the Nokias. The best bet in my opinion is the Nokia 3110c. It has bluetooth connectivity that is not available on all cheap handsets

One of the main downsides with Blackberry is because it is made by a Candian company (called RIM), it cannot be made to support other technologies such as WCDMA and 3G. Japan's minimum network is a 3G network, whereas Canada and US only run off 2G Technology....
