getting bald

I had excessive hair fall. and started to get bald at an early age of 22. Can anyone help me out? what's the best treatment if its hereditary... or could it be with the hormone?

It's my birthday today... I don't think anything to have on my birthday, i just want to spend this day with my family... uhhgggrr... I'm happy more than anyone else... how about you? what's your greatest wish on your birthday.
