I've heard from a friend that Juan manuel marquez, a mexican boxer drinks his own urine everytime he has a fight. how true is it? I wonder what's the benefits of his urine during his fight. . .

nickyvilbar o is that true? im glad to hera that its true. aside from the fact that i've heard from you, i've learned that urine has many useful effects on our body. but i think other culture don't seem to agree on that. lets just respect their opinions on it... thanks
