Recently,I am very upset.I always do many something that I did't want to do. My friends said to me that I was often angry in the past days.I did't want to be angry ,but I can't control myself. So,I don't know how to do ....

roselynm1023 why are you keep doing that if your getting upset? do you get anything from that? if your no longer happy with what you do, you should stop doing it. maybe you can ask other member of your team to do it for the group. maybe your are just exhausted with what...
