which is better between local brand and commonly used brand laptop

i feel confuse between using local brand laptop and commonly used brand. because, with the same price local brand laptop has much high specification. which one do u think better?

nidalsaleh84 I use Toshiba's Laptop. The diffrence between Local and Common brands is just the name and the support you can find for on the internet for the common brand.
