The other day on Rachael Ray I saw how that research supports that if you blot visible grease of your pizza slice, it lessens the damage the pizza's components can do to your body! Since then I have eaten two pieces from Pizza...

nikkifelder Pizza Hutt #1, Papa John's #2, and Domino's #3. There are some local shops I fancy too! If only I can just remember to release the grease next time I eat any of it!

nikkifelder I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes before which exposes me to type II diabetes. I must be careful!
