ninadsinghnegi I get sick occasionally due to the fact that I eat properly and do regular exercise. I sleep about 7 to 8 hrs. in a day. for minor problems i prefer home remedies.

ninadsinghnegi You will lose your weight by eating nothing, but it has health hazards. If you want to lose weight then just do exercise and eat normally.
