Tonight we were at Quik Trip, which is a convenince store and gas station combined, and as we got out of our car, a unkept man approached us and said that he and his wife had just come from another city which is only 4 hours away....

Polly1 If I could afford the spare money, I would get them something to eat from the store. Or I would give them a few dollars. Their story might be true, we never know when we might need help from a stranger. I would probably be suspicious of his story, but would...

chansey It's so hard to tell who is lying or not not days, and I would hate to think that I didn't help a fellow man who was in true need of it. I would probably have offered to buy him something to eat from inside of the convenince store, but I don't think I would...
