nomoso You can always follow a perfect diet and perfect diet doesnt mean eating less it is eating equal amount of nutrients required by the body to effectively run the body system.

nomoso Thank you so much for your advice. It is not just gambling my dear, I also play for reducing stress level and it help and I do not play serious games nowadays. And more over i have earned a little amount and it is definitely more than what i have invested.

nomoso Oh ok that sounds cool. I was more interested about pokers and stuffs like that. Like world winner dot com. I tried and i got $50 dollars after a month. So there is when i started all these stuffs... Thanks for you information.

nomoso Thats is correct. People who just want to have fun join these sites mostly. People joining these sites doesnt intend to have affair but sometimes they end up having affair:-(
