i have a bone stuck in my throat and i can't get it out, its been over 3 days

so i have a stupid fish bone stuck somewhere in my throat.. i don't know where but when i talk or move my tongue in a certain way i could hella feel it and now its starting to bug me… i think it went down the wrong tube or...
