oneman Maybe you right, the computer has been attacked by virus thats why I have to formatt the OS. Sorry but I quite difficult to get your step. The Pierone solution maybe the solution for me.

oneman Thanks... maybe I got a wrong CD installer... I must remove the existing OS so I can install the new one, right? But I am quite afraid to do that so I just repair the OS he3x coz this is my first time formatting....

oneman He3x... that what I do, formatting from my computer and right click on C:, it can't formatt coz the C: is running.
