kingparker Unfortunately, there is no 1 - 800 to call. Only email option is available, and hate it the most. Luckily, I only paid with my credit card, if anything goes wrong, I can dispute that item against the charge.

randylovesdar If there is a toll free number I would call and ask. I have ordered things in the past, but never had to wait that long for a package or a confirmation. I would keep on emailing as well and ask for a discount or free shipping.

Deepak I prefer online shopping more than shopping mall. But it ddepends. Sometimes shopping malls are of better choice
