Sure it is you and you alone that matters. But what if you spouse disagrees with your opinion? E.g. A wife that dressed her husband so well that the colleagues at work will notice his dressing and give credit to him /his wife and then it fails?

1 John 5:16 talks of sin that brings death and one that does not. What is the difference? I thought all sin leads to death so which is this sin that does not bring death?

Thanks a lot for trying. At least you have shed some light on the subject. Then what one actually needs to do is ensure all sins are confessed and repented to be assured of not facing death because of those sins. Talking of the sin in Matthew 12:31, what then...
