mik0930 I was about to say awardspace. Also, you may try my-place.us, they offer free subdomains, FTP and other stuff. Plus, they support PHP!

bluetie123 Buy a domain and in the cpanel redirect the domain to your blog address no need of any thgird party free url direction.You can get free url direction in ur cpanel itself.Enjoy blogging

magica It will be ok for not so active users indeed. They will make their minimum when they can and still will get a payment.It will be a jesture. But they stimulate the activity and the regular participation and this is ok for me too.
