When's the perfect age for marriage?

I don't want to say an age is too old or too young for marriage. But in reality, there are the appropriate ages for marriage. I believe your never too old though haha

How do you feel when you walk around and see couples doing PDA- public display of affection? for me, it doesn't matter with small things but it bugs me seeing a couple at a park basically having s.e.x in the grass. poor kids.
