Do you agree on receipts should be issued by Taxi drivers?

I heard they would be making a law here in the Philippines that Taxi drivers should issue receipts to their passengers or else they would be fined. What do you think of it?

chapstek I would be supporting that law if it will be (hopefully) started here in the Philippines. Lots of taxis here does not have meters and charge a lot! Some have meters but are cheated on also lots of them the meters are not working! So making a law that taxi...
