Regular or Random Meals?

Do you have a regular menu that you usually choose meals from every week or month? Or do you choose random meals to fix out of the blue? It seems when I was younger I cooked a lot more and I always cooked the same things...

payaliya2008 its nothng like tht as in our indian foods thr is a lot of varities so we never end up wid d same menu plan ..n yeah we not only include indian foods but also chinese thai italian too ,it means it depends on d mind of the cook wht he/she wants 2 eat according...
