Do you carry your own bag to shop?

As eco-friendly measure they have started charging people for carry bags, in the shops. Does that really discourage people from consuming less plastic? How must is the carry bag anyway? Few cents? Many people dont really care...

pdforum I think , Use paper bag instead of plastic bags is good for polution control.
