My dad grinds his teeth when he is asleep. It's quite bad & very loud. I can hear him LOUD and CLEAR from my room which is across my parent's room. Do you grind your teeth? Why do people grind their teeth anyway?

Yes, very easy to manage and keep clean. My dentist provided a case, similar to one for a retainer, and I would brush the night guard with toothpaste in the morning and put it in the case to dry. Smoking shouldn't affect the night guard. I only put it in...
