Hi all , recently my friend went to give a training to few people who do not have any technical knowledge. He tried to the best of his ability to make them understand the concepts but he failed in making them understand. Now...

pinchasaurav i agree with this one..the way people learn or understand vary so the one who is giving the training should make out from the body language of the audience that they are understanding him or not and should change his methods accordingly
