Judy Evans Valentine's Day wasn't an Australian thing when I was growing up so we have never celebrated it.

Jellybelly I celebrate everything, I don't think it is just for couples, you can share the day with almost anyone. I know when I worked there were a lot of single people in the office.We celebrated with everyone with a nice lunch, and candy, It is what you make of it.

Maria Santiago I Am single. I chose at my 40's to stay alone and take care of me and give me love and attention, but I have kids and grandkids. Love is for family as well.

sishy7 Even when we were young we didn't really make a big deal of Valentine's Day and chose to just simply love each other every day... Welcome to myLot, by the way!
