pmerrill89 Thank you very much for responding. I will take your advice and try to stretch more. I avoid it lately because it hurts almost as much as not stretching. And looks like I need to get a hobby and get out the house so my muscles don't do as you said.

pmerrill89 Depends on the cat. One is send to his room. The other is the one that sits in the corner, I just tell him bad cat and he walks there by himself.
