pnt2007 I think the root cause is the dark side of human nature to dominate others. We have seen this happen too many times in historical records all over the world. I do not think there will be a simple solution for this problem. Do you agree?

pnt2007 As I see it, there is really not much difference between a colony or a province. So long the controling country has the means and the willpower to retain the colony or province under its rule, it will do just that.
