Joanie We had all our snow storms and heavy snowfall before Christmas. Right now it is fairly mild and sunny but I am sure there will be lots more snow before winter is over.

Koalemos This is certainly unfair because you cannot claim despite having insured the item. Naturally it does not surprise me that the site is supporting the customer because they do not want any bad publicity.
