How do you like your broccoli?

I just steam mine and eat it plain. If there are left overs I'll put some of it in just as I'm heating canned green beans so it gets warm.

pooncarie I sometimes cut some broccoli into my stew and sometimes put it into a stir-fry. It is full of antioxidants and good for you, raw and cooked

pooncarie Broccli stems are delicious, cooked or raw. I love to eat them. They can be steamed or fried. Beautiful

pooncarie Yes, in fact, we are making some today. It is South African Boerewors. It is very delicious. We have many different receipes for this sausage.
