I have been a Harry Potter fan for many years. I have all of the book as well as movies that are out! Recently, J.K. Rowling has discussed making, not exactly another sequel to the series, but more like an Harry Potter...

poseynralph thats what I tried to say it isn't a book to go with the series. It's more like a Harry Potter Encyclopedia involving characters and so forth.

poseynralph Yes I know, but it came on the news section of the harry potter site a few weeks ago as well with a video interview of JK Rowling stating she might write an 8th book NOT serving as a sequel but as a Harry Potter ENCYCLOPEDIA!

poseynralph Not yet but she has been discussing the possibility that she may be working on one that is going to serve like a Harry Potter Enclycopedia. I guess with the characters and so forth!
