What is paypal and how to use it?

Paypal is a on line bank of sorts, you open an account with them and then you can use the money in it..I think for you thay have another method of payment. ikobo? Someone may have to correct me on that one.

no its free to join, but you do need to give them you bank info if you want the money put into your bank account.

www.paypal.com I have used for years. It is a on-line payment system(like a bank) good if you use ebay.

Pay-Pal is an online money transfer site. you can put money in and use it for your online purchases or you can put the money you make back in to your bank account. it is a very good site and free to join.
