how do you google regular people?(not celebs)and what do you find out about them

i heard that you can google regular people and was just wondering how to do it ?
do i just type in there names?
have you ever googled somebody before?

I use that feature a lot. In Iceland it's rather simple because there aren't very many of us. As long as the person is mentioned on a website, it should be easy to find them. I have not had much luck with tracking down old friends from other countries though, as so many others share their names and I get thousands of results.
If you are looking for someone you lost touch with, try googling their name and add a word that could be some of their interests if you know any.
Many of my friends from other countries have found me online after 20 years of no contact just by putting my name in a search engine. I was impressed that they remembered how to spell my name lol.
