Buying cheap on Ebay

I was just wondering if anyone has any idea's of buying cheap on ebay. I mainly look for computer & electronics that I'll resell either on ebay or on craigslist. The one thing I do use is called auction sniper. Here's the link: http://www.auctionsniper.com/?how=h4b1t Basically that lets you submit your bid within seconds of the auction closing. It also allows you to bid without being there at the end of the auction. Does anyone else have any advise? Thanks!
