Have you ever made homeade soap or cheese?

I am starting to try my hand at making my own soap and cheese from goat's milk. Goat's milk soap is very good for your skin, and helps soothe very dry skin. Has anyone had any experience with making either homemade soap or cheese? Do you have any tips or recipes to share? Any suggestions would be appreciated!
