Whats The Best Credit card for people with no credit?

im 19 years old and have no credit established and dont have enough money to get a secured credit card. ive tried credit from dell, citi bank, best buy i just keep getting turned down whats the best credit card that will help me establish credit. and i do have bills in my name but it doesnt seem to help.

a debit card is good for you; as well as Orchard Bank, Tribute;

Get a debit card attached to your bank account. You can control how you spend your money; plus you are using your own money instead of the banks' money.
