well, I am a Filipina, I love sisig, pakbet and the most famous adobo. If you happen to visit Philipines try this foods, it is amazingly superb the suits to your palate. I must admit gwyn that I have never heard of your favourite dish but then I have never visited the Philipines. I wish we could get it here as I love tasting all sorts of foods from diffent countries. My favourite dish in my country is roast lamb with mint sauce and with this I usually have roast potatoes, carrots, peas and turnips.
