it rains a lot these days in my hometown
sometimes it sunny on the morning, but then suddenly it rain hard in the lunchtime
sometimes it's quite annoying
i often wash my car in the morning to keep it clean all day long.. but when i'm on the way, it always raining and get dirty
i pray to not raining until i got home, but it start raining just right when i'm about to open the gate
a chinese belief says, every Lunar new year always raining.. rain is the good sign of prosperity along the year
overall, i still like the rain
do you like rain ??

Hey, you've cited a Chinese saying, and what's you said is right. I'm a Chinese. Our Chinese think that rain in spring is dearer than the oil. That means the rain in spring is very very important to the crops. In spring, the crops are badly in need of water, and the rain just satisfy them.
But to me, I don't like rain. It makes me feel melancholy. I have no spirit and interest in anything when it rains. The place where I'm living now will rain almost for a whole month in october, that drives me mad.

I live a rain town with the heaviest rainfall in my country. I like rain since childhood. I still remember we had a lot of funs during rainy days. One of the favorite games was playing with paper boats in the flooded drain. Now I like rainy nights. Rains carried by wind beating on the banana leaves sound rather beautiful and poetic.

I like the rain when I'm inside the house, with a good book in my hand, a cup of something hot, and surrounded by pillows and sheets.
I don't like getting drenched in the rain, no matter if I have an umbrella. Public transport is stinkier when it rains. Streets look and feel like molten trash.

i don't like the rain at all.Her in Holland we have so much rain that it's a surpise when the sun shines.People get depressed because of our weather and it's also always so cold when it rains even in summertime.I mean when you go to italy and it rains it's like for a day and than you two three weeks of nice warm and sunny weather.In my country it can take for weeks before the weather is beautiful again.

It depends on the timing that I like rain or not because sometimes I really like rain and sometimes I feel bored in rainy weather when it rains non-stop. But like you I too like the rain.

Ahhh well, in spite of its poor timing, I enjoy the rain. Watching it against the window panes of my house, job or in the car seems so peaceful. Even when accompanied with lightning, I still enjoy the pitter patter on the roof and against the side of the building. It has a calming effect on me and in this stressful world and all the pills to reduce stress, something made by nature, non-toxic and free is ideal.

I LOVE the rain! Rainy days are my favorite...everything is so clean and smells so wonderful! Yes, it's a bit of a pain because you can't really go out and do a lot of things, but me and the kids LOVE to play in the rain when it's a warm rain!

i like !strolls in the rain,i will feel satisfied,can no matter what the train of thought flutters in the thin raindrop
rains day,water always very pure,flushes out the humans affair with this kind of pure rain water the numerosity,washes out this to block the dust which block the eye,trades an piece of pure brightness to me.

I love the rain! The only problem is that we dont get much. I am in Australia, and were we are is in drought, so our water supply isnt that good. We have water restrictions, but not as bad as some other places in Australia. Hopefully we will get some rain soon

Personally, I like rain because I can sleep comfortable if the day is rainy day and that day also not too hot as usual. Thats why I like rain. Now, on my place there are sometimes only we have a rainy day. The temperature at my house sometimes reach at more than 30 degree celcius in Malaysia the tropical country. In AfricaI don't know what happen if I live there. So, I think rain also can decrease the temperature on the earth.

I only like the rain when I'm in bed on a night lol.
I find it relaxing and comforting to hear it lashing against my window and knowing that I don't have to go out in it. I like the way it smells after a rainstorm too when everything is fresh.
I absolutely HATE going out in it though. It depresses me no end when I see the grey clouds and I know I have to go out in it.

no, i don't. i actually hate rain. i still go the university and i hate it when it's raining and i have to walk. sometimes, i would get dirty and very wet. it's not a comfortable feeling. and most of the time, when it rains here, it rains but it is still hot. what a weather. i enjoy the wind though.
