any interracial families out there???????????

well, i'm mixed and my mum's white so we often get the looks, almost everywhere, but my mum mostly doesn't even notice it. i always do because of the way i look i became very aware of these things. my mum also often got the questions if i were her child, and the other day, in the store, she was paying something and i said "mum" and the saleswoman just looked at her and then at me and was utterly confused. i almost started laughing. i also have a sister that looks white so people never belive that we are sisters although we have some features that we share but it's always a good laugh in the end. I know it can be frustrating sometimes but try not taking it so seriously every time and try ignoring the looks.

I do not have any children, but my bf is not sedish like me - he is from bulgaria and Turkey. This has created some problems for us, since alot of people disagree with our relationship and automatically thinks that I will have to convert to islam and that he beats me *lol* he is the most wonderful man in the world though so I do not care what anyone thinks. I love him - and so does my family and friends.

I'm Asian and my husband is Black Hispanic. I have had people come up to me and ask me if that's my biological kid. When I tell them "yes", they are very surprised. I ask them why. They say cos' he's got curly hair and different complexion. But duh..he's mixed...of course he's not going to look completely Asian like me!!!
