I am getting so sick of this winter that we are experiencing up here in New England .The evenings still drop into the mid twenties and it's the middle of April .This past week we've had severe flooding in all the surrounding towns .Grey damp and ugly every day.I can't remember it being this bad in at least a dozen years .
Does anyone think this may be a global climate change or just a fluke ? What's it like where you live ?

Well here in old England we seem to have somehow slipped into July, it was 25oC (77oF) yesterday and the sun has been shining non stop for over a week, most odd weather for April. Anyway this is evidence of weather, it varies from place to place and from time to time, this time last year it was snowing. You can't read anything into the short term weather patterns because its always done this. So no i don't think its evidence of climate change, climate change can only be determined by looking at temperatures and weather patterns over a sustained period e.g. several years

it was a rather mild winter, only got 2 spells of snow and it barely stopped raining, infact the weather for the last 6 months had been rather dismal until the sun suddenly came out a couple of weeks ago and its just kept getting warmer and warmer, most odd

I am located in Allentown PA, and I know exactly what you are talking about. I moved here about 7 months ago, and i expcected there to be a wheather difference between TX and here, but when is it ever going to warm up? And the flooding has been crazy. I hope that this is not something that happens every year because if it is I dont know if I will be able to deal with it. Every time that I call my friends in TX they tell me that it is sunny and 90*, and just the other day while all my friends were getting a tan, it was actually sleeting here. I am ready for summer, just home that there is not too much humidity, cause that could be horrible too.
