Is mylot missing a place to discuss the news?

Is there anywhere in mylot where people discuss what is going on in the world today, like the horrible shootings at Virginia tech? If there isn't already shouldn't there be somewhere to discuss what is going on in the world today? I'm sure everyone has opinions on those things. I can't seem to find a place to write this. But I want to ask this how many more tragedies will it take before the US decides to ban guns? I doubt they ever will, and that means that more tragedies like yesterday's will continue. How sad and terrible that the US cannot seem to realise that their country would be a far better, more peaceful place without guns being freely available.

No see thats what I though Mylot was missing. I figure they would eventually make catergories here like family,news and so but they havent yet. Everything is jumbled together here making hard to see whats old and whats new. Maybe we should suggest this to the admins of the site because it would be easier that way to manuveor around the discussions we want to answer.

That's what I think. The discussions should be under a more general category. There should be somewhere to discuss world issues and current affairs.

some people have posted things about the V.Tech shooting under people,life places like that. Try typing in V.Tech and press search it might help you find more places that talk about news stuff. Good luck and I hope this helps.
