Men Do you drink before bed? Breathing problems while sleeping? Some research suggests that men may have breathing difficulties during sleep after dringing alcoholic beverages prior to going to sleep. Men do you have a beer,drink prior to bed? Women do you know a man that drinks prior to bed? Breathing problems during the night? Any thoughts on this issue?

my boyfriend does not drink he still has breathing problems, he snores so loudly. His mother snores and his son does too.

Hi Winterose,Has he tried any of the snore free products?We tried one with my husband.It workes nicely for about half the night then he has to squirt it in his mouth again..You might have him try it .

he doesn't want to, since he lives at home and not with me, he feels he is not necessary, only the times we get together is a bit of a problem for me.
