I have both a blog and a website. My blog is listed with Blogger. You can set up a free account and start your own blog here. It is all free. If you want their address you can message me. I also have a website. I simply chose a hosting service that also supplies a web builder and used it to create my website. The web builders are usually simple to use. Yahoo has a good one, and they also offer web hosting; I am not sure what they charge to host a site though. Hope this helps.
