Here is another recipe that I love... Ingredients: 1/2 (8 oz) package elbow macaroni 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar Chees 1 cup shredded provolone cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese 1 egg, beaten 1 cup milk Directions: Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil. Place macaroni in the saucepan and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until soft, then drain. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 8x8 inch baking dish. Spread the cheddar cheese over the bottom of the baking dish. Top with a thin lyer of macaroni. Top macaroni with Provolone cheese, another layer of macaroni, a layer of mozzarella, and a third layer of macaoni. Top with a layer of Colby-Montery Jack cheese. Pour the egg all over followed by the milk. Bake in the preheated oven 20 mintues, or until bubbly and golden brown. Hope ya'll enjoy this.

That's a lot of cheese! I love cheese. I wonder what's the role of the egg here. I love it with black pepper and parmesan. I can't wait to try your recipe. Yummm!

I love homemade mac and cheese made with velveeta. I'm sure this one will be good too. My hubby doesn't like boxed mac and cheese so this would work for him too. Thanks for sharing.
