Which cat food has been deemed completely safe

The day before the announcement was made about the recall, I had decided to try a new brand of wet cat food. You can't imagine how relieved I was when I found out I had picked one of the few that wasn't tainted. Wellness is the brand, and my cat likes it.

You can never be completely 100% sure that any food (pet or human) is safe. That being said, organic foods are almost always the best choice for pets. They have to conform to a much higher standard than "typical" pet food. Yes, they're costly, but look at the ingredients and compare. There are no "fillers" (such as wheat gluten which was responsible for the liver failure and deaths with the most recent recall). You get what you pay for.
