Money Money Money....Do We Ever Really Try to Save Any?

Hi Friends, Some of you only know me as the goofy husband who always pokes fun at my wife. I'd like to share another side of me, my favorite side actually. "Money", we all worry about it, we all want more of it, and we will do anything to get it. But, do we ever sit back and wonder why we can't save as much as we like, do you ever really take a look at your credit card statements and wonder where all these fees and penalties come from. About 6 years ago my wife and I fell into some hard financial times, I am not ashamed to admit it or share this with you because now we are in very good shape, anyway thats a story for another time, I was losing a business I spent many long hard years building and we had bills and debts like everyone else, on the verge of both personal bankruptcy and losing my business I really started looking at our finances....and what I learned shocked me!! The smallest of credit card balances had sky rocketed into huge debts, the penalties and fees on top of interest and late fees...I was stunned at how credit card companies could do this. From that time on, I did a lot of research and read a lot about the credit card industry and it is not pretty!!
