Sometimes after a hard and stressful day, I enjoy a nice meditation setting. I like to light candles, burn some incence and enjoy a relaxing session of meditation. I just free my mind of all things and concentrate on nothing, if I do have to concentrate, I concentrate on my slow and steady breathing.
Do you like to meditate. Do you do it when you are stressed, daily, or when ever you get the chance?

I meditate sometimes.I sit still, achieving mental calm and conserving energy. There is in China a system of deep breathing exercises called "qigong".It can make you live long or even become immortal or a celestial being.I hear the main part of qigong is to sit meditating.I'll meditate more from now.

I would love to be able to meditate, I think it would be wonderful but I think my mind is way too active, I don't know how you can concentrate on nothing, my mind is always active....even when I am trying to sleep...

Mediating is a very good practice. It helps to recover the lost energy. Though I donot get much time daily, but i do atleast once in two or three days. The day I do it freshens my mind.
