What is your best recipe?

I learned to cook my own food when I was in College. My specialty that time was Adobong Manok. I learned it from experimentation. First I cooked the chicken with just Soy sauce and Vinegar. I didn't know that I need to add pepper, laurel leaf and garlic. Well, right now, I can say that It's my best recipe.
